Minimum Order Value

Whilst this site has a minimum trade order value of £65.00 per order.  It is possible to vary this for our existing trade customers (i.e. once you have completed your first order at the minimum value of £65.00 (less shipping charges).  Please contact us to discuss how we can vary this.

 
Delivery Information

Toodles & Binks (which forms part of Stamp Galaxy Limited) uses Royal Mail First Class with proof of posting for orders under £25.00, over that amount we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or where size of order dictates a courier company.

Orders are normally despatched within 3-4 days.  If we anticipate a delay we will liaise with you about the expected despatch date.

Our standard postage charges effective from 26th September 2011 are:

UK Orders
For all orders below £150.00 shipping charges will be made of £15.00.  If actual shipping costs are less than that amount we will issue a refund for the difference from this charge.  For all orders over £150.00 shipping is free of charge.

European Orders
Shipping will be charged at cost, and will be charged to you with a separate invoice that must be settled prior to despatch.  All endeavours will be made to provide you with the most cost effective shipping charges.

International Orders
Shipping will be charged at cost, and will be charged to you with a separate invoice that must be settled prior to despatch.  All endeavours will be made to provide you with the most cost effective shipping charges.

Returns/Cancellation Policy information

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from Toodles & Binks (which forms part of Stamp Galaxy, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase, providing you return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and in the original undamaged packaging quoting the Return Reference number that can be obtained from us prior to return by emailing mrskbolton@aol.com with “RETURN/CANCELLATION REQUEST” and your invoice number clearly stated in the subject line of the email.

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy above). Our terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
